No, this is not a report on problems at Chapelgate. This is a short note commending a podcast I listened to on the way home today, Pastor Steve Estes, speaking on "Anger within Church Leadership".
One thing he said during hour-long discussion from the CCEF National Conference: "Say positive things in writing. Say negative things face-to-face." (Matthew 18:15.) You cannot follow Jesus' instruction via e-mail.
